FAQs


1. How can I place an order?

NAJ3 was created so that the customer can autonomously place his order.

To place your order, the desired article must be selected along with its variants (color, size and quantity). After adding the item to the cart, you can continue to add more articles or you can complete your purchase.

Your order can be placed as a registered or unregistered customer. We advise you to register at the NAJ3 online store, to be able to benefit from several advantages.

After confirming your items in the cart, you have the option to add a note and enter your VAT number, which will be added later to your invoice.

Then click on “Check Out” so you can enter your details and delivery address.

The next step corresponds to the selection of the shipping type, proceeding to payment.

The payment method must be selected and filled with the requested data among the following available methods: Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Please only use "Multibanco" method if you have a portuguese bank account, otherwise you won't be able to pay.

Later, you will have the option of entering a different address for the invoicing of your order.

After performing these steps, you can finalize your order by clicking "Finalize my Order".

You will enter the order confirmation page, with all the details and you will also receive an email with the confirmation of your order (If not, check the Spam box).

The invoice for your order will be sent to your email, after making the payment for your order.

2. What happens if there is no stock of an article I bought?

If your order is confirmed, the probability of stock ruture is reduced. However, in campaigns with great volatility of articles, such as sales or blackfriday, a stock failure can happen.

In such a case, you will be notified by email of the non-existence of the article and you will have the option to choose from a different article, a shopping valley to use in another application or to be refunded using the same payment method.

You will receive further instructions by email (please check your spam box).

3. How can I track the status of my order?

In order to track your order, you should access the 'My Account' menu and choose the Orders option. On this menu you will be able to consult all the details of the placed orders with your account inclusive of those you have not yet received.

In case you have not made the account registration, you will also always be notified in your e-mail about all the updates proceeding on your request, from confirmation to dispatch (mentioned tracking).


4. What are the shipping costs for my order?

Deliveries in Mainland Portugal - Free delivery on purchases from €30.00.

In purchases less than this amount, shipping costs of € 4.00 will be charged.

Deliveries in Madeira and Azores - Free delivery on purchases from €30.00.

In purchases less than this amount, shipping costs of € 4.00 will be charged (shipping will be done by CTT).

Delivery in Spain (except islands) - Free delivery on purchases from €30.00.

In purchases less than this amount, shipping costs of € 4.00 will be charged.

Deliveries in Europe - The shipping price will be presented at checkout of the order.

At times of sales and discounts, postage can be applied to all orders.

5. What is the delivery time for my order?

The term of its delivery, after registered and confirmed the respective payment, your order will be shipped according to the following delivery times:

- Deliveries in Mainland Portugal – maximum delivery time of 3 working days.

- Deliveries Madeira and Azores – maximum delivery time of 20 working days.

- Deliveries to Spain (except islands) – maximum delivery time of 3 working days.

- Deliveries in Germany – maximum delivery time of 4 working days.

- Delivery in France – maximum delivery time of 4 working days.

Entregas no Reino Unido - maximum delivery time of 4 working days.

Entregas no Itália - maximum delivery time of 4 working days.

- Deliveries in Europe - The delivery time will be presented at checkout of the order.

 

These deadlines are for information only. There may be situations where delivery takes longer or faster.

6. What payment methods are available?

The payment methods available at the moment are: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Multibanco.

7. How should I exchange one or more items?

One of our main objectives is the satisfaction of our customers with their purchase.

To exchange the items in your order, after receiving the order, the customer has 15 days to request a exchange. To proceed to exchange, articles cannot show signs of use and must be returned packaged in the same way as sent.

Later you will receive in your email the order to complete a purchase so that we can demand the shipping cost. (Portugal - 4€; Spain- 4€; France, Italy, Germany - 10€ - All values are dependent on confirmation of address.

To proceed with the exchange, filling in the exchange form is essential to streamline the entire return process. Please print and fill in the following form: Exchange form

Upon receipt of your articles at our facilities, we will proceed with your request immediately.

8. How should I return an item?

To return an order, after receiving the order, the customer has 15 days to request the return. To return, items may not show signs of use and must be returned packaged in the same way as shipped.

Upon receipt of your items in our facilities and checking the same status, we will proceed to the repayment through bank transfer / payment method used or NAJ3 Shopping Voucher. The user will be responsible for the costs of the return, in turn we refund only the value of the items, the value of the shipment will not be returned once it has been taxed.

To proceed with the return, please contact us via email naj3portugal@gmail.com and we will send you a form to fill out.

Then send it among with the items to be returned to: (Post office)
