Refund policy
You may terminate your contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the order, provided that:
(a) the product(s) have not been used;
(b) the product(s) retain its original characteristics and labels intact;
(C) the product(s) are complete. All material accompanying orders must be returned.
The user can exercise his right of free resolution by sending a email to naj3portugal@gmail.com.
The costs of returning the order in the exercise of the right of free resolution are borne by the customer.
Once received the returned product, NAJ3 will analyze and confirm the condition of the order and, where applicable, refund within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days the amounts paid by the user contained in the order, through the same means used for payment of the order.
If the returned items show signs of use, NAJ3 reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund them.
The user should note that if the return was made for reasons other than the justified existence of defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, NAJ3 will not refund the costs with the shipment. Therefore, NAJ3 will not reimburse the costs relating to the postage initially incurred by the customer for the respective order.
